Since this experience lasts up to 12, 10 and 5 hours, we recommend starting between 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM to make the most of your adventure. How it works
What's included and what isn't?
Our rates cover everything with no hidden fees. What's included: car, driver service (12, 10, and 5 hours daily), fuel, unlimited mileage, tax, and hotel pick-up/drop-off in popular areas. What's not included: parking, entrance tickets, and show tickets (if there are any).
I will be staying in various towns/hotels. Is that acceptable?
We offer pick-up and drop-off services at hotels located in Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud, Sanur, North Nusa Dua, and Jimbaran. If you need pick-up or drop-off in other locations, please reach out to us for pricing and availability.
What are my payment options?
You can make your payment online by clicking the "BOOK NOW" button. We accept PayPal, and for direct bookings, we will provide a payment link for secure payment methods.
Do you offer half-day services?
Yes, we have services for 5 and 10 hours, but we do not provide refunds for hours that are not used.
What are the ways to select tours and destinations to explore?
Coordinate your schedule directly with the driver when you meet; you can select from our tour options and visit any places you like according to your personalized tour plan. We are flexible with any decisions you make, provided they are within our service area.
Who will be my driver?
A driver will be assigned to you the day before your initial pick-up. Rest assured, we have experienced & trusted drivers. All drivers are fluent in English and are very familiar with Bali.
Could you pick me up at the airport?
Yes - if you intend to use the full day service after your arrival. If you only require a hotel transfer, you may utilize the official airport taxi and start using our service from the following day.
